Refund Policy

At Punchline Printing, many of our items are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing selected by customer
  • Minor color variations
  • Slight print placement differences
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started.

Shipping Delays

Punchline Printing is not responsible for carrier delays once packages have been shipped.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered,” customers must contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist.
